ClearSource is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support a new partnership with a US-based B2B startup in the dental industry. The role is responsible for onboarding new dental practices, guiding them through the platform, and building relationships with dentists and office staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, merchant onboarding, implementation, or a similar client-facing role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong phone and video-call presence
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and onboarding projects simultaneously
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new SaaS platforms
- High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Willingness and ability to work full-time US business hours (night shift in the Philippines)
- Willingness to transition from work-from-home to an onsite work arrangement
