Job Description: Product Operations Manager. Focus: Scaling the “Product Machine” to grow the Bookings and ARR. The Mission: Ensure Product Managers spend less time on manual coordination and more time on high-value discovery and strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Management or Ops at a scaling SaaS company
- Fintech or Financial Services experience preferred
- Expert-level knowledge of the modern product stack like Aha, Pendo, Jira, Salesforce etc
- Systems Thinker: You don’t just fix a bug; you fix the process that allowed the bug to happen
