Cleverbridge is looking for a Marketing Coordinator.

The Marketing Coordinator position can be remote or hybrid and reports to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of our marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and to drive business growth. This opportunity offers a recent graduate or entry-level professional valuable experience in the professional arena of B2B SaaS marketing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in organizing marketing campaigns, and contribute to the development and implementation of promotional activities. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns, both short and long term, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
  • Support the team in the organization of events, trade shows, and webinars, including logistics, attendee registration, and post-event follow-up.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns, ensuring they are in line with our brand identity.
  • Assist with copywriting, blog writing and proofing.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with the management of the company’s social media profiles and presence, aiming to improve social media engagement and brand awareness.
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of tools like Hubspot, Google Ads/Bing required (Salesforce and LinkedIn Ads are a plus).
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail – ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of basic digital marketing practices and terms.
