Marketing Operations Manager

As a Marketing Operations Manager at CleverTap, you will be an integral in enhancing our marketing operations to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing initiatives. You will be pivotal in conducting market research, managing marketing data, and integrating various platforms to ensure seamless marketing operations.

What will you do :

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to guide strategic decisions and campaign development.
  • Managing regional pipeline cadences to help drive regional goals and help close the gap on conversion data.
  • Manage and optimize the usage of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Implement robust data management practices to ensure accuracy and accessibility of crucial marketing data.
  • Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to integrate platforms such as Workato, enhancing operational workflows.
  • Oversee lead and account enrichment processes to enhance lead quality and boost sales conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain dashboard reporting of marketing metrics to monitor performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with SDR, demand generation, digital marketing, and field marketing teams to synchronize strategies and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Utilize strong project management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in integrated marketing and campaign management to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, particularly in a B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Outreach and Salesforce and integration platforms such as Workato.
  • Solid understanding of data management, lead and account enrichment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in market research.
  • Proficient in integrated marketing and adept at managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

With the average tenure of the team < 1 year, Sales Operations Function has a bigger and more ambitious role to play in enabling the Growth Operations for the organization with responsibilities encompassing Sales Enablement, Business Partnership, Process Excellence, Tools & Data, Variable Compensation and Sales Support Operations.
