About the Role:

The Senior Manager of Marketing Operations will be responsible for the execution of strategy, design, and operations of the business’s lead management processes, marketing databases, marketing automation solutions, and tracking performance in order to plan, report, conduct analyses

What will you do:

  • -Database management – Identify TAM, SAM, SOM, accounts and contacts list, monitor always on database enrichment
  • -Marketing Automation – Evaluation, procurement and implementation of the right MarTech stack/tools for the marketing team. Manage ongoing relationships with all MarTech companies
  • -Processes – Design, implement and monitor various processes in Marketing function e.g. new agency appointment, PO and payment process etc.
  • -Compliance – Adherence to internal policies and external compliance norms like data privacy guidelines applicable in various countries
  • -Manage procurement, contracts, subscriptions and vendor payments for marketing
  • -Ensure budget adherence by all regional and central marketing teams
  • -Ensure domain and IP reputation, improve open rates, CTRs and reduce unsubscribes, create an effective communication strategy to convert marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads
  • -Segmenting, enriching, and integrating existing databases to give all GTMs the contacts that they require.
  • -Creating functional level reports for each market as well as prospecting targets based on the past quarter’s behavior. Interlock with sales on attribution and opportunity challenges to report the right funnel for QBRs
  • -Analyzing channel level data based on ROI and region to come up with budgets for next quarter and their distribution.
  • -Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments to ensure efficiency in the marketing department.

What are we looking for?

Must have:

  • -Graduate/Post Graduate with 5+ years in Marketing with SaaS firms with at least 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations
  • -Very proficient in the following tools: Ahrefs, 6 Sense, Discover.Org (Only NAM), Drift, Gong, HubSpot, Outreach, SemRush, SproutSocial, Tryprospect (email), Wrike, Zapier, MixRank (For Digital First)
  • -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Data driven with the ability to draw insights, trends
  • -Self starter, Ability to deal with ambiguity, Operate independently with limited supervision,
  • -Results Oriented, with ability to drive cross functional  collaboration.
  • -Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Good to have:

  • -Functional: Email deliverability, content creation, Technical skills, Analytical with strong logical reasoning to figure out patterns in data, data interpretation, Microsoft excel
  • -Behavioral: Conflict resolution between sales and marketing, Stakeholder communication across infra and marketing, Ability to disseminate knowledge across the team, Communication (oral and written)
  • -Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office and Google Applications.

  • -MQL to SQL conversion though marketing automation
  • -Click to Cash Ratio – Marketing funnel analysis across TOFU, MOFU and BOFU
  • -ROI, # Cost per Lead
