Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide high-level support to the Finance Team, maintaining GAAP compliance and nonprofit accounting standards, and supporting audit readiness across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting or finance
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the field, with 3-4 years of experience in non-profit accounting
• Knowledge of accounting software, Blackbaud CRM and Financial Edge a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
