About the role

As a Sales Development Representative at CloudTalk, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth engine as the first person to interact with our Inbound prospects. You’ll need to make an amazing first impression and be able to build valuable relationships with potential customers by assessing their needs and fit with our solution.

We are a team of 30 sales professionals working remotely or from one of our offices. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team and help us drive our inbound sales to new heights!

What will you do:

  • Work alongside sales and marketing to convert all inbound leads
  • Lead top-class consultative sales process that will help prospects solve their problems with our solution
  • Educate potential customers on the value of CloudTalk’s solution
  • Set appointments for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
  • Capture and manage lead information in our HubSpot CRM system

What we expect of you:

  • Flexibility to cover the GMT-3, GMT-4 or GMT-5 time zones
  • Fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish are required
  • B2B experience in sales or customer success is required
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet those with a successful product sale
  • Active listening and empathy when speaking with customers
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment
  • Highly motivated and thirsty for learning
  • Self-starter with eagerness to reach out to potential clients in a timely manner
  • You are fully aligned with our values

  • You have experience working in a SaaS company and a fast-growing startup
