About the role:

As a Sales Operations Analyst you will be a part of our global Sales Team. Sales Operations set the ground and processes to support, enable, and drive front-line Sales Teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently. We are providing visibility, helping with tools and processes, driving strategic business planning and growth initiatives to make the company thrive.

You will work closely with the Sales Operations Director, Sales Directors and Managers of CloudTalk. It is a great opportunity for a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills. Want to learn more?

Here is what you will do:

  • Design and implement reports & dashboards that track key business metrics
  • Support generating reports, analysis, and insights for QBRs (quarterly business reviews), strategy and planning initiatives, as well as team’s productivity
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on sales data around sales performance, pipeline health, etc. Have the ability and initiative to identify actionable insights to improve performance
  • Assist in the development and rollout of sales tools and platforms to improve sales team efficiency and commercial effectiveness
  • Focus on continuous improvement of business processes through process redesign, system enhancement, and automation
  • Help to optimize lead generation, pipeline management, and performance tracking to increase new business activity.
  • Provide administrative support for sales managers as and when required to meet the demands of the business
  • Sales Representatives’ onboarding / off-boarding

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, analytics, or a related fields in data is desirable
  • Minimum 2+ years of related experience in sales operations, revenue operations or data related roles
  • Background in SaaS and B2B company
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
  • Experience in Hubspot CRM is required & Salesforce is a plus
  • Understanding of sales processes, sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills
  • Extremely well organized, data-driven and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Process oriented. Track record of developing and streamlining efficient and scalable business processes
  • Proven ability to work and interact in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Strong team player with the ability to work cross-culturally and across business units
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of presenting to senior management
  • Knowledge of Tableau, ChartMogul are a plus
  • Language: English required
