Senior Financial Analyst

CLV Group is redefining what a Canadian real estate platform can be. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis, and full cycle accounting reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA designation is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to diverse audiences;
• Bilingual (English/French) proficiency is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems; Yardi experience is a significant asset.
