Sales Operations Specialist

CNTV is a video production company focused on the meetings and events industry. We create content such as Promotional Videos, Highlight Videos, and Sizzle Reels for trade shows and association annual meetings.

We are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to optimize CNTV’s sales processes and manage workflows using tools such as Zoho, PandaDoc, and Google Suite. This role provides critical support to the Sales Team by managing client data, refining sales operations, and ensuring seamless internal coordination.

Tasks include keeping track of calls, emails and meetings, creating supplemental sales information such as presentations and proposal outlines, and crunching numbers on past performance to reveal trends and insights into increasing sales.

Paths to promotion include opportunities for sales management, business development and/or external sales.

Responsibilities

  • CRM management and data entry – own the accuracy of data within the system and utilize reporting features to drive new business.
  • Proposal preparation, including: create documents using internal proposal software (PandaDoc); participate with other Sales Team members during client calls to identify proposal needs; work with Production Team to define contract scope.
  • Creating pitch decks for business development team to present to potential clients
  • Using project management software, communicate “won” business to Accounting and Operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales performance and forecasts
  • Regular tracking and reporting of sales forecasts.
  • Assist with preparations for marketing events.
  • Anticipate and prepare responses to client inquiries.
  • Thoroughly and frequently communicate direction and project status to the entire team.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Preferences

  • Experience with Salesforce, PandaDoc, Zoho, and Google Suite
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Canva or Keynote
  • Understanding of sales processes and best practices
  • Knowledge of production and/or broadcast news
  • Occasional Travel to industry or client events
  • College degree
