Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview

Join the finance group at CoStar Group in Richmond, VA, to centralize transaction processes, provide accurate reporting, and support sales territories and book of business creation. The Sales Operations Specialist will partner with the sales organization to provide licensing and pricing expertise and support sales teams.

What You Will Do

Develop in-depth knowledge of CoStar’s licensing and pricing models, review and approve proposals, assist senior sales leadership, maintain sales records, and provide reports and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university
• 4+ years’ experience in sales, sales-oriented finance, sales operations, or pricing analytics for sales
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Contracts, and Finance
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
