Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of managing a successful high-volume import showroom and leading a talented sales team. This individual will become proficient in driving an efficient omnichannel customer experience through our all-new, cutting-edge EXPRESSWAY sales process, and will have a thorough understanding of digital commerce and supporting technologies.
What You Will Do
Create and implement customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty strategies, manage sales department profitably, manage relationships with internal departments and external resources, and maintain internal control over inventory to prevent theft, vandalism, and lot damage.

Requirements
- Dealership sales management experience required
- Must be interested in training/mentoring additional sales professionals and encouraging a strong, inclusive team culture
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Tech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiries
