Coder is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified pipeline for Enterprise Account Managers. The role involves creating opportunities, finding and engaging prospects, uncovering pain points, and setting up qualification calls. The SDR will play a critical role in driving Coder’s outbound motion and helping large organizations build software faster, more securely, and at scale.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in outbound SDR or BDR roles within SaaS or developer-focused technology companies
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Experience with SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and similar prospecting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate technical value propositions
- Grit, curiosity, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive, proactive mindset
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a focus on measurable goals and continuous improvement
- Eagerness to learn about developer tools, DevOps, platform engineering, and AI workflows
