Job Description:

We are in search of a dynamic B2B Channel Partnerships Manager to cultivate and manage relationships with our channel partners, driving sales and revenue growth. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach and scaling our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel management, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the B2B sales process.

Responsibilities:Partner Acquisition and Development:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners in alignment with our company’s values and strategic objectives.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and support to partners, enabling them to effectively promote and sell our products and services.
  • Regularly assess partner performance, devising strategies to enhance their sales and revenue contributions.

Relationship and Sales Alignment:

  • Foster robust, collaborative relationships with partners, working in tandem to achieve shared objectives.
  • Liaise with the sales team to synchronize sales strategies and channel efforts, promoting an integrated approach to business development.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry conditions, adjusting our channel strategy as necessary.

Channel Program Development and Management:

  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, including training initiatives, marketing campaigns, and incentive schemes to motivate and engage partners.
  • Oversee channel partner budgets and forecasts, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Utilize relevant metrics to measure and report on partner performance, leveraging data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conflict Resolution and Technical Support:
  • Proactively identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel, offering timely support and guidance to partners.
  • Act as a product and solution expert, providing comprehensive advice to partners and assisting them in effectively positioning our offerings.

Networking and Brand Promotion:

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to foster relationships, expand our network of channel partners, and enhance our brand visibility.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in channel management or B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to diverse audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, particularly in a B2B context.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, leveraging superior interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
  • A growth mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of channel management.
