Overview
We’re looking for a hungry marketer early in their career who is driven and ready to make a big splash in the market. The ideal candidate would consider themselves a marketing generalist, technical and excited about what affiliate, agency, and influencer marketing can bring to top of funnel acquisition for Coefficient.
Reporting to Coefficient’s Growth Marketing Lead, the Growth Marketer role will be responsible for developing and overseeing Coefficient’s affiliate, agency, and influencer programs stretching across owned, paid, and earned. The individual contributor in this role will serve as a key partner to the growth team and play a significant role in building out Coefficient’s word-of-mouth muscle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on an affiliate and agency program that drives net new top of funnel acquisition, including building processes and implementing tools that allow the programs to run smoothly.
- Distribute unique engaging content that drives community engagement, including written and video content produced by the content team.
- Build and scale a thriving community of affiliate and agency relationships that accelerate the entire flywheel – acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Explore Coeffcient’s user base to determine how we can cultivate a vibrant and engaged community around Coefficient, including existing and future users that are willing to scream Coefficient to the rooftops.
- Establish and track KPIs for all programs you develop, reporting progress and making data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience on B2B SaaS marketing teams.
- You understand what high performance looks like when it comes to product-led growth – you’re excited to build early playbooks and scale them.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
- Experience with / deep knowledge of Use-Case and Persona-based marketing journeys.
- Experience with managing expectations for external community members, partners, teams, or clients.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, creative problem-solving abilities, and high communication skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment.
- Familiarity with data integration technology and the broader data ecosystem is a plus.

Location
We are building a remote-only team and looking for candidates anywhere who can work US time zone hours. Having worked remotely in the past is a plus.
Compensation
At Coefficient, we aim to provide employees with a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, benefits and equity. The compensation offered for this position will be based on multiple factors including a candidate’s experience, as well as scope of the role. The salary range for this role is: $50,000-75,000.
