Coefficient is a VC backed startup based in the SF Bay Area. The team is remote-first, seeking the best talent from any location. The founders are serial entrepreneurs whose last startup, Shopular, was backed by Y Combinator and Sequoia and acquired by Rakuten Ebates.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated individual to help drive the next chapter in our growing company and lay the foundation for scalable growth.

You will have experience in planning, defining, and successfully implementing KPI’s, streamlining sales processes, building and implementing sales, marketing and customer success systems to support growth, and capturing and delivering analytics/insights at a company, team, and individual level.

You will also be the persona of our target buyer, which means you will be very experienced with spreadsheets and will help to articulate your needs back to the product team. You will get to have a big impact in shaping the direction of our product. This is an incredible opportunity to build the Rev Ops function from scratch in a product-led go-to-market motion.

Responsibilities

  • Build and iterate on our CRM, systems architecture, and tooling to operationalize a process that will facilitate our growth
  • Centralize and standardize the GTM reporting & kpi’s (ideally using our product!)
  • Develop process for sales, marketing and customer success to grow our self serve and sales led business
  • Lead the design of territory, team structure & compensation plans
  • Use data to identify opportunities across the customer lifecycle
  • Create a best in class quoting, invoicing and payments system & process
  • Design the data architecture to scale our inbound funnel to hundreds of thousands of leads
  • Help build a revenue forecasting model based on the key inputs of our business

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales ops, marketing ops or rev ops in a SaaS company (product-led preferred)
  • Excellent spreadsheet skills and ability to work with and draw insights from large amounts of data
  • Experience successfully building sales and marketing processes for scale
  • Ability to synthesize information and drive insights both ad hoc and operationally
  • Preferred experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, GA, Chargebee, Stripe, Amplitude
  • Extremely organized with the ability to manage a high volume of deliverables
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment

Location

We are building a remote-only team and looking for candidates anywhere who can work US time zone hours. Having worked remotely in the past is a plus.
