The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, meeting their needs, expanding business volumes, and providing consultations.

Requirements

  • Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing business clients.
  • Take full responsibility for managing the assigned client portfolio and ensuring the highest quality of customer service.
  • Oversee the contract renewal process, leading negotiations with company executives and trade credit insurance brokers.
  • Provide expert consultations to clients on trade credit insurance and risk management matters.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring comprehensive fulfillment of client needs.
