Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a HubSpot Implementation Specialist at Cogent Connective®. The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as implementing and customising HubSpot CRM solutions, providing training and support to clients, and optimising workflows for customer success. This role is based in Perth but allows for some remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adoption across teams.
- Customisation and Optimisation: Develop tailored workflows, templates, and custom objects to support Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations teams.
- System Integration:Manage integrations with third-party systems (e.g., accounting software, marketing platforms) using APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools.
- Process Automation: Design and deploy automation for lead nurturing, onboarding, account-based marketing, and email campaigns.
- Advanced Reporting: Create dynamic dashboards and actionable reports to track metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Data Integrity: Establish data governance standards and oversee data migration to maintain a clean and reliable HubSpot database.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions, create user documentation, and provide ongoing support to maximize team proficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new HubSpot features and recommend enhancements to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Technical & Soft Skills

- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience with the use of CRM or ERP systems, preferably with HubSpot (ideally you will have used CRM and ERP systems daily and have an eye for processes).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and training skills
- Strong communication skills to convey technical solutions to non-technical users.
- Proven skills in managing multiple projects at one time.
Salary
- £45,000 – £55,000 pa.
