RevOps Manager

Cogna is hiring a RevOps Manager to build the operating system that drives reliable, scalable revenue growth. The role involves designing and managing the tech stack, building scalable GTM processes, and providing actionable dashboards and reports to drive GTM decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven RevOps, SalesOps, or Revenue Systems experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech companies
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement revenue infrastructure, data models, and workflows from scratch
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with experience building models tied to pipeline quality and customer behaviour
  • Expertise in GTM tooling selection and implementation
  • Experience working in or closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • First-principles thinker who designs from customer reality, not templates
  • Highly collaborative, with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive and strategic, able to prioritise high-impact work and drive projects to completion
  • Curious and innovative, with a track record of piloting new tools and workflows
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, thriving in a startup environment with shifting priorities
  • AI-fluent, keen to use emerging AI tools to accelerate revenue operations
