Position: Sr. Revenue Operations Manager
We are seeking a data-driven Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to partner with Sales and Marketing teams on reporting, analytics, and process improvement. You will work closely with Sales Leadership to deliver insights on sales trends, manage Salesforce, streamline workflows, generate accurate forecasting, and implement sales automation tools.
Location: New York City office with a hybrid schedule—3 days in-office (Mon–Wed), 2 days remote (Thu–Fri).
Responsibilities
- Generate Salesforce reports and dashboards to track bookings and revenue performance, analyze sales pipeline data, and provide actionable insights.
- Work with Marketing to measure campaign ROI in Salesforce.
- Provide visibility into commercial operations, including bookings and commissions tracking.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and owner of sales and marketing tools, including the Cognitiv website, Splash platform integration, and email marketing systems.
- Manage relationships and roadmaps with relevant product teams to support revenue and retention goals.
- Develop business plans, customer and market insights, and analyze program effectiveness.
- Establish performance KPIs to track against growth goals.
- Oversee the commercial tech stack to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting.
- Maintain the pricing model and structure, including compliance, price catalog, and quoting tools in Salesforce.
- Train new hires and current employees on systems and processes.
- Implement data cleaning and quality control processes for commercial information.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, or similar field.
- 4–6+ years of Salesforce experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in compensation modeling, sales commission management, and structure development.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Expert-level Salesforce proficiency with customization and optimization skills.
- Experience in media or digital advertising is preferred.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startup environments.
- Experience launching scaled growth initiatives for monetization goals.
- Passion for problem-solving, hypothesis testing, and modeling.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Collective[i], MediaRadar, Apollo.io, and SalesLoft.
Compensation
- $140,000–$160,000 base salary + equity
Actual compensation is based on factors such as experience, skills, and education. Employees are also eligible for equity and benefits.
