The Sales Development Representative plays a critical role in driving awareness and adoption of Cohesity’s solutions. This foundational role is suited for individuals passionate about beginning a career in sales.
What You Will Do
Identify new business opportunities, collaborate with team members, create and execute multi-channel outreach sequences, conduct discovery calls, and qualify leads.

Requirements
- Enthusiasm for sales
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools
- Experience with researching companies, cold calling, emailing, and navigating organizational hierarchies
- Confident in making cold calls and handling objections
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Receptive to coaching and continuous feedback
- High level of grit and perseverance in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Collaborative, team-first attitude with a willingness to share knowledge and best practices
- Self-motivated with a focus on learning and career development
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- College or bachelor’s degree
