Senior FP&A Analyst responsible for performing financial analysis for the Work and Manufacturing sectors, identifying loss-making areas, and optimizing financial performance review processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting or a role of financial analysis and presentation
- Master of an ERP system and automation/analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Ability to communicate financial information and collaborate with interfunctional teams
- Focused on continuous improvement and process optimization
- Critical thinking, initiative, autonomy, and rigor
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead standardization or continuous improvement projects
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
