The Customer Retention and Success Specialist will be responsible for maximizing the lifetime value of Cold Jet’s Existing Customer Installed Base (ECaSP) across the EMEA region through strategic research, analysis, and outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or completed commercial education
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Market/Data Research
- Analytical proficiency, professional virtual communication, resilience and persuasion, technical literacy, customer-centric mindset, and language skills (German and English)
