About the Role:

We are seeking a Revenue Ops Manager to join our growing Finance, Analytics & Strategy Team (FAST). You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales & marketing efforts by leveraging analytics to provide strategic insight. Your expertise will guide data-driven decisions that unlock efficient growth at scale through diverse channels. Responsibilities:

  • Analysis: Analyze sales & marketing data to uncover actionable insight, trends, and patterns that inform revenue strategies and decision-making.
  • Modeling: Build sophisticated models for strategic decision-making, perform scenario analysis, and generate reliable revenue forecasts.
  • Data, Analytics, & Reporting: Collaborate with BI & business stakeholders to design and maintain visually appealing dashboards and reports, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Program Management: Manage strategic activities spanning multiple stakeholders and departments while reinforcing the vision of an end-to-end system.
  • Operations Transformation: Partner with cross functional teams to identify and optimize revenue operation processes & technology, resulting in streamlined workflows and increased efficiency.
  • Experimentation: Support the design and analysis of A/B tests and experiments to test bold ideas, measure impact of strategies, and optimize them for maximum performance.
  • Channel Optimization: Evaluate the effectiveness of customer acquisition spend by analyzing channel performance and contributing to data-driven optimization.
  • Customer Persona & Lifecycle Analysis: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to conduct customer segmentation analysis, enabling targeted efforts for enhanced engagement. Conduct in-depth analysis of the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
  • Data Governance: Ensure reports and dashboard conform with quality and governance standards defined by the data team.

What we want you to bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing analytics, or a related role.
  • Experience with sales & marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics).
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, languages, and methods (statistical analysis, Sheets, Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python, R).
  • Excitement and enthusiasm to work on site at our SF HQ 2-3x a week with your team and stakeholders!
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute data-driven projects.
  • Knowledge of operations & process excellence principles and best practices.
  • Track record of continuous learning and professional growth.

What we offer in return:

Compensation Range: $157,500 – 192,500 USD annual base salary

The salary ranges for the roles are posted for your convenience and review. Please understand that if an offer is presented, the offer compensation package will be based on the relevant position related skills a candidate demonstrates during our formal interview process.
