The Director of People Operations & Total Rewards is responsible for building and automating the people infrastructure that allows our organization to grow and perform at its best.
Requirements
- Drive automation and optimization of People and Culture workflows
- Lead and continuously improve compensation, benefits, payroll, leave, and accommodation programs
- Develop and present people and rewards analytics to inform strategic decision-making and organizational planning
