This position is responsible for developing and growing Emerging Brands in the IDR regions, focusing on apparel, accessories, and footwear. The role includes working closely with Sales Directors, managing partner relationships, and developing and executing business plans at a country and regional level.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business Management, or closely related field (foreign equivalent accepted)
- 7+ years’ experience in Sales Management, Wholesale Sales, International Sales, Product Merchandising, Sales Forecasting, or similar position
- Previous experience managing distributors, including managing budgets and sales forecasting for international distributors
- Previous experience applying global GTM principles, practices, and procedures to reach market penetration, revenue, and profitability targets
- Previous experience working in retail financial planning and product merchandising
- Proven experience in Wholesale Leadership
