As a customer support agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our players across calls, live chat, and email. You will work in a hybrid model, with flexibility to work from home or in the office.
Requirements
- Speak and write fluently in Dutch and English
- Enjoy multitasking and have strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency
- Previous customer service experience is a bonus
