Commercial Sales Manager-New York

SageSure is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead product growth and advocacy efforts across Commercial lines. The successful candidate will drive product adoption, advocacy, and growth, working directly with Commercial business unit leaders to set strategic direction and ensure alignment. This role requires a proactive leader with experience in strategic planning and execution, ideally within insurance or financial services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in GTM, sales, product growth, or market expansion roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic product advocacy efforts and collaborating with senior business unit leaders
  • Extensive expertise in executive-level event prioritization and field engagement
  • Strategic vision and leadership, exceptional relationship building and influence, tactical excellence and accountability, agility and resilience, data-driven and insightful
