Requirements
- Experience in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Management
- Ability to quickly build trust and develop long-term relationships
- Proactive mindset
- Affinity for digital products and the ability to explain them clearly
- Structured and independent way of working with a strong focus on KPIs
- Experience with CRM systems (ideally Zoho CRM)
- (Swiss) German is required, Italian and/or French are a plus
