As a Business Development Representative, you will drive net-new pipeline for the Strategic Growth Team by educating agents on the benefits of contributing to the Strategic Growth of Compass. You will partner with agents to identify prospective agents who should be introduced to a Strategic Growth Manager, and work towards becoming a Strategic Growth Manager yourself.

Requirements

  • Generate new business opportunities to build sales pipeline
  • Outreach to prospective agents via cold-calls, text, emails, and other methods
  • Document all activities within CRM and maintain flawless data management
