Compass Group Corporate Services is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development (ADBD) who shares our values, wants to work with a team of winners, has a competitive spirit, and is committed to contributing to the overall success of our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the ADBD will support the Regional Sales Directors in the sales process by generating leads and developing prospects, assisting with complex proposals/bids and contracts and supporting the Vice President’s with special projects to win new business.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment – support or direct selling
