The Associate Director of Business Development (ADBD) will support the Regional Sales Directors in the sales process by generating leads and developing prospects, assisting with complex proposals/bids and contracts, and supporting the Vice President with special projects to win new business.
Requirements
- Identify new business opportunities and targets across several verticals and lines of service
- Conduct extensive prospect research utilizing a suite of on-line research tools
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM
- Support the proposal development/bid response process including strategy sessions, site tours, creative development, financial modeling and presentation development/rehearsals
