As a key driver in our overall organic growth, retention is a top priority of our organization. We are seeking an experienced sales and/or retention specialist to lead Compass Group’s account retention efforts through strategic engagement with clients, operators and field support.
Requirements
- Work with existing clients and operators to objectively assess current operations and Identify areas of opportunity leading to successful retention of our most critical contracts.
- Identify necessary support resources to bring new and ongoing innovation to our current clients
- Lead the rebid strategy sessions to include cross-functional teams to develop solutions that resonate with our existing clients and are seen as value add
- Work closely with our creative team and resources to develop custom sales proposals and meet RFP requirements
- Communicate effectively across the organization both horizontally and vertically
- Execution of the Compass Sales Process
