Compass is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its Strategic Growth team, driving net-new pipeline for the company’s expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating Compass agents on the benefits of contributing to the Strategic Growth of Compass and working closely with Strategic Growth Managers to develop successful prospecting strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized; ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
