As a Strategic Growth Partner at Compass, you will drive net-new pipeline for our Strategic Growth Team, educate agents on the benefits of contributing to the team’s growth, and work towards becoming a Strategic Growth Manager.

Requirements

  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Outreach to prospective agents via cold-calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Articulate value prop and objection handle
  • Work closely with Strategic Growth Managers and Team Leaders
  • Document activities within CRM
  • Drive engagement with new and existing leads
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
  • Analyze addressable market and create demand for technology
  • Become a critical part of the high-performing team
