The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for the early stages of the sales process for assigned territories, following up on inbound leads and conducting cold outreach to engage prospects. They will work closely with Business Development Managers, Solution Engineers, and Marketing teams to convert marketing-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ SDR experience in large business or enterprise environments
- University degree or equivalent post-secondary education desirable
- Experience using modern sales tech stack including HubSpot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Leadfeeder, ChatGPT and Google Suite
- Strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Strong written communication skills and confident phone presence
