As Director, Revenue Operations at ComplyAdvantage, you will design and scale the operating system behind our global go-to-market strategy, building a world-class RevOps function that powers our next phase of growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in SaaS RevOps or GTM strategy—ideally at $100M+ ARR scale
  • Proven experience scaling global teams and optimizing cross-functional GTM systems
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS models (PLG, SLG, channel) and full customer lifecycle
  • Mastery of Salesforce, BI tools, and structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC)
  • Strategic mindset, fast decision-maker, and confident executive communicator
