Concentric is seeking a Business Development Representative to start conversations with new customers, identify their problems, and introduce prospects to Concentric’s power solutions. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent experience and be able to communicate effectively with clients through phone and email.
Requirements
- Associate Degree from an approved two-year college or university or very strong equivalent experience
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Ability to write succinct, crisp emails and have great phone presence/approach
- Comfortable with technology. Knowledge of Salesforce or Hubspot is a plus
- Experience setting, committing, and following through to ensure completion of a goal
- Ability to juggle priorities and stay focused while handling multiple accounts
- Results-driven. You take initiative and work hard to make a difference. You play to win.
- Communicator. You possess exceptional written and oral communication skills and communicate effectively with any audience
