Requirements
- Proven experience in a start-up or scale-up AI, SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong track record driving user acquisition, adoption and subscription growth.
- Deep expertise in product marketing, positioning, competitive strategy and demand generation.
- Experience acting as a close commercial partner to Product teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead others, set direction and scale capability.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure, momentum and clarity from the ground up.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical capability and ownership of results.
- Willingness to execute directly and operate hands-on when required.
