On Premise Account Manager Ocala

The On Premise Account Manager is responsible for servicing assigned accounts, developing effective working relationships with customers, and selling the entire portfolio of products.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2-year degree preferred
• Ability to lift 25- 30 lbs. packaged beer and 160 lbs. kegs
• Knowledge of the brewing industry
• Strategic planning skills
• Good organizational skills
• SKU management skills at the retail store level
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with all internal and external customers
• Ability to interact and negotiate with all levels within Cone Distributing, retail establishments and our suppliers
• Ability to maintain proper rotation standards on an ongoing basis
• Ability to accurately count and enter in account inventories and interpret inventory numbers to produce an accurate sales forecast
• Ability to understand and sell the entire portfolio, beer, wine, spirits, and nonalcoholic beverages
• Ability to become Beer Server certified
• Good math skills
• Ability to maintain a safe driving record
• Ability to pass drug and background check
• Ability to participate, communicate, and interact with Team Members, Vendors and Customers in a manner that will consistently enhance all Team Cone Core Values
