Data Analyst / Engineer

The Data Analyst / Data Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting dashboards that convert complex datasets into actionable insights for organizational stakeholders. This role will translate organizational reporting needs into data models and visual dashboards, primarily within Power BI.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure data models align with organizational goals, business expectations, and performance metrics.
• Develop and manage data models (tabular, star schema) that support efficient Power BI reporting and data exploration.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation, quality checks, and proactive monitoring of internal data sources.
• Integrate data from cloud and on-prem systems (e.g., SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, O365, APIs) into unified reporting datasets.
• Drive data visualization, ensuring dashboards are user-friendly, visually consistent, and tailored to executive-level decision-making.
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities in data pipelines, automation, and reporting workflows.
