Product Marketing Manager – Product-Led Growth

Our client, a global SaaS company, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to focus on Product-Led Growth (PLG) to play a key role in scaling adoption and optimizing in-app experiences. They are investing in PLG initiatives to enhance user engagement and drive revenue growth—and they need your expertise to make it happen.

Your Impact

As a Product Marketing Manager (PLG), you will:
✅ Own and refine pricing & packaging strategies to maximize product adoption and revenue.
✅ Optimize the customer journey, ensuring seamless onboarding, feature discovery, and expansion into higher-value product tiers.
✅ Analyze product adoption trends to identify opportunities for engagement and upsell.
✅ Develop in-app messaging campaigns to encourage feature utilization and enhance customer success.
✅ Run A/B tests and experiments to refine in-app engagement and conversion strategies.
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to execute high-impact adoption campaigns.
✅ Stay ahead of PLG trends and bring innovative growth strategies to the team.

What You’ll Need
✔ 3+ years’ experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role in a SaaS or tech environment.
✔ Expertise in PLG strategies, including self-service models and in-app engagement.
✔ Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing product usage data to drive decisions.
✔ Technical aptitude, with familiarity in tools like Pendo, Snowflake, and Power BI (experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus).
✔ A passion for experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization.
