Continental is a leading tire manufacturer seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in Taipei. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business and 2-3 years of experience in public accounting or a similar field. Responsibilities include period expense budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, as well as supporting the market controller with business cases and ad-hoc analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably with public accounting (Big 4/CPA firms)
- Advanced skills in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other large-scale ERP/in-house financial reporting systems
- Strong capability in period expense budgeting, forecasting, and complex variance analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with accounting, regional controlling, and various market functions
- Mature personality with an international mindset
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
