ControlUp is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of ~200 accounts, ensuring customer success and improved ROI with our product suite, and responsible for renewing our book of business in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, collaborative team player, and lifelong learner with excellent commercial acumen and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch
- Proven track record of working in fast-growing SaaS businesses
- Prior responsibility for a portfolio of more than 200 accounts
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to conduct seven-figure renewal negotiations
- Experience in one or more of the following roles: Customer Success Manager/ Renewals /Sales/IT manager, Software Sales
