Events Manager

Convey is looking for a highly organized and creative Events Manager to lead the strategy and execution of events that drive pipeline growth, strengthen customer relationships, and elevate the brand across the utilities and technology industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience managing B2B events in a SaaS or technology environment
• Proven success executing events that drive measurable business outcomes
• Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce for event tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Sessions)
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize performance
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple priorities simultaneously
• Willingness to travel (~25–35%)
• Nice to have: Experience in the utilities or energy industry
