GTM Recruiter (Contract)

Conviva is seeking a GTM Recruiter to focus on Sales and go-to-market initiatives. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing candidates. The ideal candidate will build relationships with hiring managers, drive effective recruitment strategies, and provide data-driven insights for better hiring decisions. The position is based in Foster City, CA.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on Sales/GTM roles.
• Experience hiring at all levels, from individual contributors to leadership.
• Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment (SaaS or B2B preferred).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse).
