Grand Wailea Resort is looking for a Cook III to join the Culinary team at Nobu. The role involves preparing, maintaining and monitoring quality control for hot food items. The ideal candidate will have entry-level Japanese cuisine experience and demonstrate hospitality values.

Requirements

  • Prepare, maintain and monitor quality control for salad, pastry and prep
  • Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
  • Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
