As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will provide ongoing support to the Sales organization, serving as a subject matter expert in sales process and documentation, systems and training, account management, data analytics, and reporting.
Requirements
- Provide remote support to sales representatives and sales support team members
- Serve as subject matter expert for strategic account support
- Assist with technical and operational tasks, including renewal assistance and quote-to-order support
- Create and maintain reporting and analytics
- Identify process gaps and partner with the sales operations team to resolve them
