What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire Associate, Global Sales Operations within our Operations division. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and is located in London. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Global Sales Operations team in supporting daily deliverables for our global client base specifically the timely delivery of all outbound transactions (ACH, EFT, International and Domestic Wires).

You will report directly to Manager, Global Sales Operations and regularly collaborate with operation teams such as Transaction Services, Validation and Settlements, Exception, Wire Investigations and Incoming.

As Associate, Global Sales Operations you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Validating the data input, ensuring that all relevant information has been obtained and local routing requirements are met.
  • Participate in the settlement process of spot and forward orders adhering to specific client details in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Liaise with other members of the team to ensure daily deliverables are met while adhering to the various intraday payment and other cut-offs.
  • Support a team culture built on client focused support.
  • Work closely with internal business units e.g. sales managers to improve service delivery and workflow efficiency.
  • Work alongside Global Operations and other stakeholders across Shared Services in building an efficient, scalable operation.
  • Liaise with other members of Global Operations to provide subject matter expertise.
  • Train and support colleagues on a continuous basis
  • Support management in audit requests, refining procedures, and defining service levels.
  • Handle 2nd level escalations in a professional manner.
  • Comply with all applicable policies, standards, guidelines, and controls.
  • Ad Hoc projects as requested.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Relevant full-time work experience, ideally in operational roles within fintechs, banks or other financial services companies.
  • Exposure to and understanding of global payment formatting requirements (major, minor, and exotic markets) 3+ years of previous supervisor or managerial experience.
  • Strong leadership skills; organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to organize, plan and schedule activities and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills and comfort in dealing with individuals across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fully proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook).
  • IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Experience with SWIFT banking system, payment processing and payment investigations.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision.
