Drive post-implementation value, deepen customer relationships, and expand platform adoption across Corporater’s UK customer base. Act as the primary point of contact post go-live, ensuring customers realise measurable value from the Corporater Business Management Platform.
Requirements
- Own the post-implementation customer lifecycle from go-live through renewal and beyond
- Develop and execute tailored success plans aligned with each customer’s strategic objectives
- Monitor platform adoption, usage trends, and customer health metrics
- Support customers in adopting and scaling AI-enabled features and use cases within the platform
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities
- Build strong relationships with both operational users and executive stakeholders
- Coordinate with Delivery, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and enhance customer outcomes
- Conduct regular business reviews, health checks, and value realisation sessions
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, contributing to continuous product and service improvement
- Support contract renewals and commercial discussions in collaboration with the sales team
